This collection is the result of many years of study and practice using traditional mediums and using the techniques developed traditionally, applied to digital platforms. In my opinion, it's always better to have at least a basic traditional foundation and then work digitally otherwise, it's like putting the cart before the horse causing over reliance on filters and trickery instead of knowledge and skill. This collection features works created for various freelance projects, online galleries, studies and concept ideas. My studies with digital illustration began when I was 14 years old using the Commodore Amiga systems with applications that were ahead of their time such as Deluxe Paint, True Brilliance, Scala and Imagine 3D. Shortly after using the Amiga systems, I was introduced to Mac OS systems using the debut versions of Photoshop, Page Maker and Illustrator. Adobe applications would replace the Amiga applications of the day when Commodore folded years later. They would be a standard for years afterward. But currently, as stated in the Design section of this site, Surface Pro devices and non-Adobe applications are my current personal preference and have been for some time. Regardless of the tools used, creative development and exploration continues to this very day as the works presented here are a sample of those efforts.
