Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery doesn't not take ownership of original content created by members that is shared on the Service. Your work will always remain your work.

The ArtGallery's main focus is its creative content. The content created by and presented in the Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery can not be used in any way, form or function outside of the Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery without the expressed permission of the owner, with the exception of works created for corporate offices or startups. For those works, expressed permission must be gained from the respective offices.

Visitors and members are allowed to use a small selection of works, chosen by the owner, in the Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery store, referred to as The Store, after purchasing a license or by ordering custom artwork to be applied to merchandise purchased through the The Store. Becoming a member of the Service does not grant visitors or members the right to use the entirety of the content presented in the Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery for use in the Service, The Store or outside of the Ubiv Tnomal ArtGallery website. By using the Service, users are not allowed to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise bypass protections in place to protect the works presented in the Ubiv Tnomal Art Gallery, the Service or The Store.
